Originally released in 1995, Frogstomp is the landmark debut from Newcastle trio Silverchair and one of the defining Australian rock albums of the '90s. Recorded while the band members were still teenagers, the album channels the raw energy of grunge and alternative metal through Daniel Johns' powerful vocals and guitar work, Chris Joannou's driving bass and Ben Gillies' thunderous drumming.
