Released in 2025, Liquorice is the third studio album from Australian indie-pop artist Hatchie, aka Harriette Pilbeam. Written between Brisbane and Melbourne, the album embraces the melodic simplicity of her early work while exploring longing, lust, regret and the intoxicating highs of infatuation. Produced by Melina Duterte of Jay Som, it finds Hatchie balancing dreamy textures with a rougher, more unguarded edge.
This limited-edition Lipstick Red vinyl pressing is released through Secretly Canadian and features the album’s eleven-track sequence, including the singles Sage and Lose It Again. Released on 7 November 2025, Liquorice captures the sweet, salty and bitter sides of romance while further establishing Hatchie’s distinctive place within contemporary Australian indie pop.
