Released in 2023, the rest is a four-track EP from boygenius — Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers and Lucy Dacus — expanding on the group's acclaimed debut album the record. Recorded as the trio's chemistry continued to develop, these songs lean into a quieter, more intimate side of their songwriting, balancing sparse arrangements with deeply personal lyricism.
Featuring Black Hole, Afraid Of Heights, Voyager and Powers, the EP feels less like a collection of leftovers and more like a natural companion to the record. This Indie Exclusive edition is pressed on opaque gold 10-inch vinyl and includes a 16-page newspaper zine.
