Originally released in 2006, Suburban Songbook is the second studio album from Australian singer-songwriter Kevin Mitchell, performing under his Bob Evans moniker. Recorded in Nashville with producer Brad Jones, the album blends intimate folk songwriting with melodic pop, country touches and the warm, timeless feel of classic singer-songwriters.
The ARIA Award-winning album established Suburban Songbook as one of the defining records of Mitchell's solo career, with enduring favourites including Don't You Think It's Time?, Friend, Nowhere Without You and Sadness & Whiskey. This 20th Anniversary edition marks the album's first return to vinyl since its original Record Store Day pressing, presented on limited gold vinyl.
