Released in 2011, Suck It And See is the fourth studio album from Sheffield's Arctic Monkeys, following Humbug. Recorded at Sound City Studios in Los Angeles with longtime producer James Ford, the album sees the band shifting towards a warmer, more melodic sound, balancing shimmering guitars and classic songwriting with the darker edge developed on their previous record. The result is one of their most relaxed and romantic albums, with Alex Turner's lyrics taking centre stage.
This 1LP pressing is housed in a gatefold sleeve and features the complete 12-track sequence, including She's Thunderstorms, Black Treacle, The Hellcat Spangled Shalalala, Don't Sit Down 'Cause I've Moved Your Chair and the title track.
